My doctor called in a prescription for me on Monday. I go to pick it up on Wednesday and they first tell me that I have no refills and I explain that I had a new prescription called in. Then they said it would be ready in an hour. I come back the following Saturday and after waiting at the window for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged, again they tell me that I have no refills. They need more workers. It’s like you are invisible. If they can’t service the customers, get more help. You should not have to wait 45 min or longer for a script.
Love the store, Hate the pharmacy. Doc sent me to get a supplement and when I couldn’t find it, the pharmacist tells me “it doesn’t exist”. Really? It’s on the CVS website as being in stock in your store! Again, the pharmacist tells me “there is no such thing”. I went to my car, ordered the item on Amazon and will have it delivered in two days. CVS pharmacy is a joke.
