Being told “ sorry we are 10 days behind is UNACCEPTABLE! You need to hire more people ASAP ! There is something wrong with management,you cannot keep your help .?
I am so feed up with the CVS on Abby Rd in Palmyra Va. The wait time inside and the drive thru are do bad. People here in Palmyra Virginia are getting pushed and are going to migrate back to local pharmacies..Jefferson Pharmacy!! I know I will!
You all need to hire more pharmacy staff, those people are working their butts off and drowning!!!!
They are are the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever bore witness to.
If they haven’t messed up the quantity of my medications (i.e. filling for 30 days instead of the 90 the prescription is written for) or screwed up the brand (filling a generic prescription with a brand not covered by insurance when another is), they’re running several days behind on filling scripts. It’s unacceptable and poor customer service. I’d like to note though, that I think the blame falls to CVS themselves since they perpetually understaff.
