Cvs has changed their coupon policy...with that being said....if they have sent you coupons in the mail you can't use them...if they give you in store coupon you can't use them..I'm SOOOO disappointed with them.....I have been a shopper with them for many years....their mangers are horrible over their off rocky river...I was going to purchase soft soap for $1.88 and on the yellow tag it said you will receive an in store coupon for additional $1.00 off at the register...but when I went to checkout..manager said I couldn't use... read more
