This pharmacy hasx declined so bad I finally went elesewhere. They dont answer the phone, on hold for over 30 minutes amany times and finally hung up. Drive up window is closed on and off and lines in pharmacy are 15 people long, no number syatem for people that cant stand so long. I have complained to their HQ to no avail or follow up. good riddence !
RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at CVS Macungie today. Sarah the Pharmacist was extremely helpful to me. I came in with a question about the prescription that I needed to refill for a future procedure I am having and to get a flu shot. She took care of me immediately filling the script and giving me the flu shot. I have dealt with Sarah in the past and she has always been very cordial.
I would not go to this pharmacy except my insurance requires me to use cvs. The staff at the pharmacy are inconsiderate, rude, treat chronic illness patients like drug addicts, the list goes on. I have been shorted daily medications multiple times, sometimes as much as up to 2 weeks worth. Most recently, the dosage and instructions, as well as refill amount were completely wrong and did not match anything my Doctor sent. Don't trust them at all. Avoid at all costs. The ladies were very nice and helpful even though I arrived 5 minutes before closing. They still took the time to help me and they didnt rush me. Kudos to CVS Macungie
The CVS in Macungie, PA is a joke. It is one of the wrost designs and miss managed facilities I have ever seen. Driving in and out of the store is like going through a corn maze. The store is empty as a result except for the pharmacy which is has a line 12 people deep waiting for their prescriptions and only one customer service space open. Had to wait 25 minutes.
Friendly helpful service. Fast free flu shot too.
The pharmacy is awesome. Because I work there.
