RecommendedJust had my first COVID-19 vaccine was in at 10:15 and out at 10:40 very organized. CVS has it all together very clean very friendly
My husband had knee surgery this morning and we dropped off meds around 11:45 at the Princeton, TX location. FOUR hours later no meds. We called and the tech had taken the meds and just put them to the side. Again—he had SURGERY and needs the meds. I didn’t wait there as I needed to get him home and settled planning to run back once ready. Now his pain is hard to manage because a tech put them to the side disregarding his prescriptions. The attitude of the tech taking the prescriptions and now checking me out is ridiculous
this place is under staffed and they get very rude with customers
Horrible pharmacy staff. They didn’t mix the oral suspension. I drive 20 miles home only to find 2 bottles of powder. When I called, they laughed and said I would have to come back. When I drove the 20 miles back, they laughed again. So glad I could provide their entertainment for the evening. We will not be coming back.
The worst pharmacy staff! Had to transfer my script cause they couldn't figure out how to apply my coupon with my insurance!
