I was helped promptly, graciously, and professionally!
Really hit or miss based on pharmacist you get. Some of them are very helpful and kind but there’s a couple that will lie to your face about not having your prescription in their system until you show them proof that yes in fact your doctor did sent the script to them three days ago, and that it is in fact on their system, instead of just telling you that your insurance doesn’t cover it and ask if you want to pay out of pocket like every other pharmacy ever.
Terrible experience the pharmacy is wack They ask you to leave a message and they never call back don't even bother dealing with them
I have been to this location countless times. Today, Nina, the pharmacy tech, was the person who assisted me, and I was quite disgusted by her tone and her rudeness. The way she speaks to people is so unprofessional and she acts like it is completely normal.
