I made an appointment for myself and my kids at this CVS - went through all the forms online, entered all the information, did all the consent forms. Showed up and was asked for all of that information again - names, DOB, etc - all of which should have been in the system. Then, we waited a long 30 minutes to finally be told, after asking, that the computer system wasn't taking our insurance. CVS is a great pharmacy.
I shifted my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS because the former had repetitive issues being able to fill my prescription. No such problems at CVS. Prices are the same and CVS has slightly better quality products. Walgreens has become the Dollar General of drugstores while CVS is more like Target.
My second 5-star review because every time I pick up a prescription it’s a great experience. Fantastic staff.
