Sarah, the pharmacy manager of this CVS in Camarillo is the most professional, engaging, knowledgable and efficient pharmacist I have EVER encountered. I have years of needing medications and I speak with lots of experience, unfortunately. If you are like me then it really matters that your medical care is taken seriously and with knowledge and professionalism.
After being dismissed at other cvs pharmacies I happened to stop by this one. I spoke to Sarah and she was absolute angel!! She was so kind and took the time to help me when other CVS pharmacies dismissed me. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy. Everytime I stop by I always see a customer smiling as they walk away.
Worst customer service ever and they are very lazy Pharmacist Luke has the worst attitude towards customers.They refuse to fill my prescription because they had to go for lunch in 15 minutes. The refill would of take them less than 5 minutes Please like this should not be in customer service industry. And the lady in the back was threatening to call security for no reason
This CVS is great to work with. The pharmacist, Sara, will spend extra time helping you and call your insurance company if necessary. Plus, she always remembers my name. I feel like I am visiting family when I go there. I highly recommend them.
