CVS Delmar needs some customer service training. Try to use self check out on my way to work to get my vitamins and the machine does not like my extra card as I start, 4 minutes later the lady that was playing with her phone at the front register when I came in finally walks back up laughing at me for breaking the machine. I greeted the cashier (Emily) with a hello, and her greeting was, "Birth date?" Not friendly.
I just had the worst experience at CVS I've ever had in my life. I'm going to preface this by saying that every one of the employees that I interacted with was pleasant and respectful, so I did not have a problem with anyone's attitude. CVS Is usually my go to when I’m in a rush and need something on my way to and from home. I walked in today and saw a long line and only three registers that were self check outs. None of them were working. One was cash only. Another was cash and debit. So because I only have a debit card I have to wait longer? Took over an hour and a half for a script my doctor sent over. Then the registers all went down.
This CVS Pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Good place to get your flu shot. Usually quite quick.
The CVS is open 24 hour or so if you ever need anything on the whim to go to place
