I Just left the store throwing up and got home just to realize that the number of stomach pills in the bottle and the amount I was prescribed was different. I Called 5 times and couldn’t get to a representative. I had to drive all the way back with a garbage can in my truck ( for throw up) just for them to say oh well we don’t know what happened for sure, call the prescriber. This CVS location is always clean and well stocked. The pharmacy team is always great and they will go above and beyond to help resolve any issues that you may have
I had a major discount off a $76 purchase. I saved over $65 and then I use two more coupons nine dollars came off of a $21 purchase of my favorite vitamins. my vitamins end up coming to 999 and the other purchase ended up coming to $14
The only reason I've given 2 stars instead of 0 is the staff are aways polite. However they are either extremely overworked or extremely incompetent. Prescriptions are never filled on time. When refills are due I have to call over and over to get refills. There are always excuses for why they can't fill things but once I talk to enough people it's not an issue after all and it is easily filled. Why does it take 3 or more calls to get a simple refill?
