The only reason I've given 2 stars instead of 0 is the staff are aways polite. However they are either extremely overworked or extremely incompetent. Prescriptions are never filled on time. When refills are due I have to call over and over to get refills. There are always excuses for why they can't fill things but once I talk to enough people it's not an issue after all and it is easily filled. Why does it take 3 or more calls to get a simple refill? CVS have some of the most helpful and friendliest employees i have ever experienced in all the stores i visit
Services at drive thru is always pleasant & short wait time ! I wish they would stager lunches because alot of people do go on their lunchbreak.
