Their corporate office keeps sitting on their ass instead of reversing the bill on something they never handed to me in October. I've been waiting since 12/6 for my meds. I'm out of meds and my insurance will pay for them but since CVS system shows i should still have some they won't give me my crazy pills.
There was only one person behind cashier three pharmacies and no one to help on the floor with customers!!! Unreal !! And no one new what I was looking for ... it was Eye glass cushions for glasses !!
