Lisa, the Pharmacist, clearly had a bad day today because she was very rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 7:03 (as she was completing a transaction with another customer) not realizing the pharmacy closed at 7:00. In spite of the time, she did proceed to help me after saying “we close at 7, but I can help you.” We discussed the name and medication that I was picking up and she became more frustrated (There was a discrepancy with the pricing of the medication earlier in the day).
