Went into CVS to pick up a prescription with my mother. They did not have it ready, but were able to fill it by the time we had walked a quick tour of the store. The staff at the pharmacy and front cashiers were both very friendly and efficient. The store was well stocked, clean, and neat. Parking is very accessible and they have a well serviced drive up window for pharmacy needs. Nice pharmacy, well recommended.
Horrible customer service, or lack thereof. My 17 yr old took all his Christmas money in and purchased a Visa card for his Xbox habit. During the duration of the drive back home, said visa card was EMPTIED by the CVS employee that tended to him. CVS has REFUSED to compensate my son. CVS has made a grave error and will soon regret their lack of customer service.
Terrible service.... lady handed me my photos and asked me to fold up the envelope they go in like it's my job and I get paid to do it. Her name is Diana.
