The staff at this location are unbelievably kind and have gone out of their way to help me navigate a family member’s medical crisis. I have visited over 5 times in the last week due to issues with new insurance and have been met with patience every time. I am truly grateful to this team’s time and support! Thank you so so much!!
The staff is all fantastic, especially The pharmacists, Aisha and Assad. They could not be more helpful and patient with all of my questions! Shane is also super kind and efficient. Thank you for being such a great pharmacy for my many prescriptions
Staff is horrible. You can never get a hold of anyone. I stopped going to moorpark target location due to horrible service, and insane wait times. But today cvs in target hit an all time low. I can’t even think of a name worse than horrible to call it. I have no idea why I would think it got better. I was met with rude cashiers and looking at the staff they all look as miserable as her attitude. I will never go to this location again or think staff has changed. Terrible customer service. They completely lie to get you to leave. They lie about what type of medications that available to get you to leave. Complete incompetence and no longer trust anything they say. Moved to another pharmacy in Moorpark recieving excellent experience, night and day.
