Staff is horrible. You can never get a hold of anyone. I stopped going to moorpark target location due to horrible service, and insane wait times. But today cvs in target hit an all time low. I can’t even think of a name worse than horrible to call it. I have no idea why I would think it got better. I was met with rude cashiers and looking at the staff they all look as miserable as her attitude. I will never go to this location again or think staff has changed. Terrible customer service. They completely lie to get you to leave. They lie about what type of medications that available to get you to leave. Complete incompetence and no longer trust anything they say. Moved to another pharmacy in Moorpark recieving excellent experience, night and day.
The app prompted me when my medication was ready. Normally I get anxious about whether the app and the location I’m picking up from are in sync with each other. I was relieved when I arrived to hear it was filled and ready for me to pick up. Highly satisfied all around. 5 stars.
Super helpful! My meds were back ordered at another store and Oscar helped walk me through how to get them filled at the target location. It was a call or 2 on my end, but I was able to pick them up TODAY!! I was told another 6 days at the other pharmacy, so thanks OSCAR for patience, knowledge, and kindness through this frustrating process. Thanks Target CVS for exceeding my expectations!
