Have been with this Cvs for quite a while and now I am changing pharmacies because three employees told me the same thing to come back I have 14 days to get a refund on my prescriptions that I paid for when I did not have insurance. Went back to get refunds when insurance was activated before the 14th day and they said that they cannot refund the money I put out. I have been going to this CVS for many many years and have never had any problems! If you have a problem with something or someone make it known!
I will never again use any CVS let alone this one. I have been harassed, cursed and threatened. The same employee has been rude and messed up order at the least ten times! Then instead of solving any of the problems says "I didn't put the order in". I'm totally done with this place. And I will tell friends and family the same.
