The pharmacy in Nipomo is in definite need of organization, management skills and customer service. Waiting an 1 1/2 hours to get a prescription when the staff are doing everything but assisting is unacceptable. The only one doing his job was the male pharmacist. Over 4 cars in drive up, 10 customers in line and 5 calls waiting! Really CVS? Clean house!
waited 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru while the pharmacy was helping one person the whole time. absolutely ridiculous
