Always helpful. They explain your prescriptions well and never talk down to the customer.
When dealing with the people who work at CVS the service is excellent. Unfortunately you have to wade through robo call assistants and touch screen kiosks pushing advertisements for services you don’t need just to have any hope of talking to a person. This technology is just a way for companies to avoid giving any kind of proper service because you can’t complain or ask for help and also gives CVS an opportunity to push irrelevant ads on you.
Michelle is one of the most amazing people in the world. I have never met a more helpful pharmacist than her. She keeps me updated on all of me and my son‘s vaccines.
