Always great service. Michelle (pharmacist) is wonderful.
This pharmacy location has the best employees servicing their customers with great knowledge and timely assistance with our prescriptions. They are very personable, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been going to this location for over 10 years and they never disappoint! There is hardly any long lines as they promptly take care of their customers. I highly recommend CVS pharmacy at Amador Plaza in Dublin!
Their phone service is non-existent. I'm very upset with the way the phone robot would not connect me with the pharmacy. It's impossible to talk to a pharmacist on the phone. Utterly terrible customer service.
Got my topical cream for my Eczema from this Rx today. The experience at the counter was fast and efficient. I paid my co-pay and received my med in a sealed brown paper bag in less than two minutes. I came home and realized the med is to be expired in 4 months. Phoned back the Rx, explained to them the cream is for my summer vacation. But by the time I begin my vacation, the med will expire. I was told once leaving the counter, there is no return. And if I were to refuse the med at the counter, that would be Okay. But nobod... read more
