Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable!
Pharmacist was incredibly rude to us for no reason and their vaccine inventory listed in the app was inaccurate.
The main pharmacist, a middle aged Asian male, went above and beyond his duty to get me the vaccination I requested. I had mistakenly signed up to get it at the University Ave location. He helped me get it here. Can’t thank him enough.
The staff here are so mean and not respectful at all. I needed a flu shot. Flu shot is normally walk-in and takes less than 5 minutes. I asked for same day appointment, and they were scheduling it for another day. The pharmacist said “I don’t do walk-ins”. I got my flu shot in safeway pharmacy right away by walk-in.
I have been using CVS pharmacy for ~20+ years in California and ~10 years at this location 2187 Shattuck Avenue and not once have i had a bad experience with the pharmacist until now... The male pharmacist was beyond rude and does not know how to act professionally.
