I spoke to Kevin F on Monday June 30. Requesting a refill on my BC. I made it clear my ins was not going to over it, however I will be paying out of pocket. I came for a pick up today July 2nd and his response was “it won’t be covered by insurance until the 25th”. I was fully aware it wasn’t going to be covered which is why I called Monday and made it clear I was going to pay out of pocket. He then proceeds to tell me it will be ready in 15-20 mins. Ad service. No answers on service desk or any other department. CVS pharmacy no answer no call back. Terrible services
I wish there is -5 Star here, it's NOT worth even one star. All staffs here are so rude talk down to the people without eye contact or smiles. They never see customers' face, never greet people, they have the worst customer service. It seems like they are just working to kill time and get their paycheck.
