Our family has used this store for many years. The change we are seeing is awful. Our medications are not available when we are told to pick them up And many times we wait for days. Some meds that have bad side effects if not continued in timely fashion. One reviewer claimed a complaint suggest entitlement attitude.We are in fact entitled to respect and service in a timely fashion. This is stated on the cvs web page. Read it.
