I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a pharmacy. The pharmacy manager was consistently rude, dismissive, and demeaning throughout my interactions. When I arrived, Kandi immediately told me it was mandatory that I have a barcode for my prescription and said I “better have it next month.” She also told me not to rely on the CVS app because it was “AI and not accurate.” When I showed that my prescription was marked as “Ready” on my end, I was first told they had spoken with my doctor’s office. Horrible experience and I still didn’t get any answers. I never got to speak with anyone for a resolution. The AI did an awful job of meeting my needs or understanding my request. Very bad customer service.
Great place to shop. Always get my prescriptions on time from them.
