RecommendedThe staff at the Vidor location are very helpful. one in particular is Jordan. My daughter just recently had back surgery and there was a mix-up with her prescriptions and we couldn't get the second prescription sent over for some reason. It was not on CBS's and it was actually on the doctor's end. I had been calling for 2 to 3 days trying to get this straightened out while my daughter was having to stretch out her pain meds. Walked in and got a flu shot no wait.
I'm an older woman who takes numerous medications. Sometimes the cost of these medications are unreal. Thank GOD I've found an Angel that works in the Pharmacy with a name called Jordan. Shes a beautiful young lady that shows kindness while remaining professional. I always ask for her because I know she'll do her absolute best to take something thats very difficult to something doable. CVS someone made a good choice in hiring this Young Lady. The pharmacy is the worst one in town. Rude, dis-respectful, careless, and will let you stand they for awhile and not even look up to see, if they do, They "Holler" across the store counter, what is your BD? talk about violation of HIPPA. Worst service I have ever received. They don't care about the public. Sad, sad problem. Beverly
