Two ladies at the front were rude and unprofessional. They thought I’d walked away, but I overheard them gossiping about me, my prescription, and how I was “not wearing a mask” after I had asked for one… That’s extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and discretion are expected. My prescription was delayed from 2:45 p.m. to after 5 p.m. I showed up at 5:25 p.m, and it still wasn’t ready. They asked for another 30 minutes, which is fine. CVS Pharmacy in Atwater on Commerece Ave is the best. The Pharmasist are very helpful & nice. They also help me in saving money on my medications. The store is very clean& organized. Thank you CVS. They are great. I recommend them to all my family members & friends.
The two ladies that work there very rude, Had me go two days to pick up my medication an antibiotic, And had me going back-and-forth. My son needed the medication and they didn’t care. Very rude and not Not professional. Dont Recomend this Pharmacy.
