The CVS on Chestnut Street in Salem, Virginia is hands down one of the best stores and pharmacies I’ve ever visited. It has a true hometown feel, and that’s something you don’t find very often anymore. A special shoutout to Gabby, whose last day at this location was yesterday. She’s transferring to another store, and they are gaining an incredible employee. Gabby has always gone above and beyond to help my 91-year-old mother with kindness, patience, and compassion. This store is always clean and I find the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing that prevented a 5 star review is the pricing, which is significantly higher than equal items at the grocery store.
