I have made several attempts to reach a live representative, but each call routes exclusively through an automated system. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to transfer my prescription from Walgreens to your pharmacy. The system repeatedly indicated that it did not recognize me—which is understandable, considering I was attempting to become a new customer. Great service. Great staff. They above and beyond to help me get medication for my wife.
This is not a pharmacy. You can't call them. I tried twice yesterday and they didn't call me back (since you can't actually call to speak to someone). I just went there on a Saturday thinking surely they were open by 9:30am and they don't open until 10 am. The ER called in medicine for my grandkids last night over an hour before they closed and they refused to fill the prescription until today when they don't open until late. THIS IS NOT A REAL PHARMACY...HORRIBLE!
