Terrible, terrible service. Rating would be a zero if I could've submitted this review that way. The pharmacy department answers the telephone then puts you on eternal hold. No courtesy to get back to the telephone caller at all. Finally hung up. Will not deal with this pharmacy again.
very poor service. The pharmacist can be rude and is truly incompetent! Doesn't order prescriptions on a monthly basis for my child. Very similar complaint like the other reviewer indicated. Clearly there is a pattern here.
Hate this CVS pharmacy. The employees are so clueless and unhelpful. We've switched all our Rx to another pharmacy because we just can't stand to deal with CVS anymore. We've waited 48 hours for a simple refill, they've changed the doctor's directions on my child's Rx and they don't follow up. Multiple times we've shown up to pick up our Rx to find that they were out of stock yet no one called so it was a wasted trip.
Ashley is on some type of drugs...probably shouldn't have went to work that way. O.o
Milk is a great price here.
Pharmacy is not run well. Told an hour, came back an hour later and told to try again in an another hour.
