The people seem nice enough, but they continually give my mother the generic form of a medication that her doctor has specifically said that she needs the name brand version. Not sure if this is a corporate edict to enhance profits or what, but it's a pain as it is very difficult for my mother to get out these days. Also, they will not answer the phone if you call them.
I have been going to this CVS for years and I go to pick up my son's medication antibiotics and the guy wouldn't even run his insurance he just said that it wasn't there I called my doctor they said they sent it in two times the next day I went in and it was there the guy just did not want to do the search to find my son's antibiotics I was very frustrated on having to go back three separate times
The Pharmacy Tech on Val Vista University always calls back to make sure I know what's going on
