I am an avid shopper of CVS on a weekly basis. I clip coupons every week and the amount that is saved is very substantial.
I believe they have hired a new pharmacist as they are withholding my prescription from me after over a year of getting it filled there citing “New York law” and wouldn’t give any specifics or explanation even after having my clinician call and advocate. Changed pharmacies to the Walgreen’s down the street and got my prescription filled with zero issues. This pharmacy operates based on personal belief and bias. Don’t go here.
The pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient.
At this CVS Pharmacy, located inside Target at 999 Corporate Drive, Westbury, NY, there is nothing to improve. The staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Starting with Daniella, Mary Ellen, Marie, and the recently relocated Meena. Couldn't ask for better representation of CVS Pharmacy staff!
