Good luck trying to get the pharmacy to answer the phone. I was checking to see if a script was ready yet that I needed urgently. I called the pharmacy 3 separates times holding on for 30 minutes everytime only to get constant recordings of getting your flu shot or covid shot. I have been a customer of them for over 35 years. I am a very disappointed customer of the pharmacy. Chicopee memorial drive store.
I don’t complain often ,and generally pretty happy 😊 with CVS,thought it was wonderful all there donations,an help with Covid horrid virus,but alas over a half hr on hold at pharmacy,this is very unprofessional,unacceptable,I’m sorry to complain lost all my phone min,s .and a lot of faith.
