Worst wait time ever!! Or they lose your prescription!! The texts and apps says ready but the cvs on 31st are in their own different world ! Need to change pharmacy!
called in order at 9am, went a little after 6 waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told it was not ready
Worst customer service ever at a pharmacy. On hold for 15 minutes, disconnected, called back and another 25 minutes on hold so I drove over to see one person in line and three people cutting up behind the counter. Then was told the exact rehearsed story they told the customer in front of me earlier today.
Old fashioned quality customer service and very clean!
My husabnd and i just left this store he was asked to remove his hoodie by the cashier(an older black woman) and he did. As were in the the checkout line 4 guys stood in front of us at her line all wearing hoodies! Not one was asked to remove it, and as we checked out she gave us dirty looks. I will not be returning to this store.
