We just moved back to the area 3 months ago and I have yet been able to get my prescriptions without an issue or an argument. Today was the second time I’ve left angry and with no medicine because they can’t get it together. Went in this morning to switch out a medication that I had refilled there yesterday, that was wrong to start with. Waited almost an hour until the pharmacist named Jamie came in and was told I was there, and the situation by the pharmacist who's (helping out and wasn't his store, Who SHOULD have handled the situation to start with if he has a license to do so) So, Instead of apologizing, she slams the drawer twice after authorizing and entering the right information into the system. The people working in pharmacy have a bad attitude, won't acknowledge you are standing there, no hello, no eye contact, seems as if they are miserable with there job, I have been a customer there for many many years but from now on it's Kroger for me!
