Employee was Very rude when I called to ask about an item that said was in stock online. She rudely said she didn’t know and hung up
They are so professional, kind, knowledgeable and they care for us so much.
Woof. I walked up to the consultation desk trying to get advice on what medicine I could buy to help. As soon as one of them realized that I was having a tough time talking they just pawned me off onto another person, who would then say that I needed to speak to someone else for advice. After waiting for a third person to talk to I had to just try and find it on my own. Who knows if what I got will help (I’ve never dealt with this illness before), but wow what a frustrating experience.

CVS in Crestline is always clean. The staff is very pleasant.
