On Friday October 7, 2016, I went to the CVS in Bluff Park in Tyler Rd. There entire computer system was shut down without backup!!!! I was unable to pick up my sons prescription due to their computer systems were shut down and CVS ,as they say "one of the nations largest retail pharmacy" had no backup. The prescription was already filled & ready for pickup. They wouldn't let me pay exact cash because of all their computers being shut down. got greAT service from Brianna ;) there was a gigantic line at the pharmacy as there always is so for once im feeling up to walkin in an dropping my script off oppose to sitting in the line... once in the store i caught eyes with Brianna.. i called her bri tho.. an she helped me right away an gave me quick an easy help an was very nice about it... I used to go to cvs on montgomery hwy in vestavia but tyler rd cvs is my new location .. never got better service or treated like normal .. keep it up
