You have employees working that are sick! Really appreciate them calling to come by pick meds that could have waited a week. Fixing meds with no mask on so they are send flu out with every prescription. Be blessed by CVS.
My wife’s prescription was filled wrong and when she called to to speak with the pharmacist on duty about the mistake he belittled her and spoke down to her as if she was ignorant !!! She is employed at DCH hospital in Tuscaloosa and has been from day one of graduating nursing school 15years ago.... I am not happy how she was treated and wouldn’t want anyone else done this way!
Customer service stinks. Needs to work on being kinder to the people that spend money there. Just rude and acted like they could care less.
