I came home from the hospital with eight new prescriptions that I needed to start today and they filled all of them, no problems!
As large as CVS is as a corporation, they need to hire more staff and improve their faulty transaction registers
There’s absolutely no option, when you call the pharmacy, to actually talk to someone. They force you to leave a voicemail after about 2 minutes of automated prompts, which will supposedly be answered by their team “within an hour”. Ummm no thanks, Walgreens is not much better but at least when I call I can talk to an actual person right away.
