Very inefficient pharmacy.When I showed up to pick up my insulin refill at the time and date I requested on the online site, they did not have it. They did not have the insulin in the pharmacy! How does that happen? Then I was told to go to another CVS pharmacy to see if they had any! There was a line of 10 people ahead of me. Terrible! I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy as soon as possible!
Nice staff, but in 2 years (or more) they could never line my medications, I asked over and over, but it just didn't happened. I always had to make several trips. My fault for switching from Adams to this Riverside Plaza. I'm going back to Adams CVS they always gave me all my medications together, plus it's open 24 hours.
