The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always super helpful and efficient despite being super busy. I also appreciate when the pharmacy lets me know if some of my medications interact / I should take one later or earlier. Very kind and good people!
Pharmacist sent me home un-medicated. Dr canceled my prescription by mistake to pharmacy. This prescription i cant stop taking i must taper off. Pharmacist said I have no reason to question the order of the doctor. I said I can't stop taking these meds she said I dont know ow if youre out I said im out she said I can't help you. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and the pharmacists! Every pharmacist there has been so friendly and helpful and even kindly reminds me when I'm due for a vaccine. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch and it really makes a difference!
They pushed off my automatic refill of my asthma medication enough times that it expired. I didn't pay attention the first time. I went and got another prescription from my doctor. Now, the app won't let you take screenshots, I have screenshots of these people pushing my asthma meds three times now, taken with my wife's phone. I know they're intentionally pushing it because I went to ask on a Sunday, and the usual bad crew had been given the day off.
