I want to THANK YOU Urusla (Pharmacy manager) and Praveen (Pharmacist) for motivating me to go to WALGREENS! I wish Juan was still there. Unwilling to help and horrible customer service. When I reached out to corporate for help, you blatantly lied to them after giving me the run around for 3 months. Keep up the terrifically unethical work!
By far the worst experience ever, the pharmacists Luis is incredibly rude and lazy texting right in front of me as I'm trying to get my prescription before that waited 20 minutes in the drive thru as he took 4 other customers that walked up to the counter not even asking to give us a moment. Just terrible terrible.

Every time I go to this CVS I get frustrated. I had a Rx called in yesterday by my doctor. Went to pick it up tonight and was told that the Rx that was filled and bagged didn't indicate a strength so I couldn't have it. When I asked how it was filled without a strength the pharm repeated that I could not have it. When I asked why no one had called the doctors office to find out the strength he told me the doctors office was closed. Not today -yesterday when the RX was filled.
