i was told at 3.15pm my prescription would be ready by 5pm, but i waited until 6pm to go get it to make sure they had time. it wasn't ready until 6.42pm. i had to wait last week for a prescription for my husband. he had received a text saying it was ready. but still waited 30 minutes because it actually wasn't. i asked who i would make a complaint to as i was leaving. I get texts saying meds are ready... so I go to CVS to wait in line for 30 mins to be told they’re NOT ready. Then have to wait another 30 mins for them to get them together. Time wasters! Time to shop for a new pharmacy!
