Whenever I visit in person to pick up my family’s prescriptions, I always have a pleasant experience. The pharmacists and their team are consistently welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. During my most recent visit, Ruby (whose full name is Rubena, though she kindly mentioned we can call her Ruby) assisted with my transaction. It gets busy & depending on the hours you go it sometimes is a longer wait but it is so worth it to me. The last few years has seen a huge shift in the way major corporate pharmacies work & treat their customers. It created an added stressor during a few years where I was very ill & really needed ease, compassion & transparency. The employees are very friendly and efficient. The lines get really long in the evening tho I would come in earlier in the day if you can.
