The entire experience was excellent. The person who checked me out was extremely nice. My dentist called in my prescription and when I arrived it was ready. Great job. Highly recommend this CVS inside of Target.

I've been using this pharmacy over 10 years. I was very happy until they have adapted AI thing to answer calls. I've been trying to talk to a live pharmacist past 1 hour. I called 6 times. I failed to connect. It's very frustrating. They removed the option to talk to a live person. You can only leave a message for a return call. So I left a message 24 hours ago. I have to find a different pharmacy now. I guess CVS is trying to too hard to save money by hiring less. It's unfortunate. There are things that AI cannot handle som... read more
