My doctor had sent my RX over to this CVS and when I showed up to pick them up the girl behind the counter told me they didn’t have the medications. She continued by telling me I have to call other pharmacies and find it. I asked her why they couldn’t tell me this by text message or phone call? She told me they did. Still no response from 2017 incident. Here’s the story. Took the family to cvs to get stuff for the lake. Only my wife and I went in to get the things we needed. While walking around we forgot to grab a basket.
