how rude called in to ask a question and was mid conversation saying thank you when she just hung up without a have a nice day or thank you for calling cvs update to add they dont even answer the phone!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Submitted a refill request yesterday to pick up yesterday, still not done today. However they did refill 2 I didnt ask them to. I had to sit on hold for 15 min to hear that it will be a half hour before they fill a script submitted yesterday because they are "running a week behind". Cvs, this is not normal or acceptable. They also lie about whether they have received scripts from doctors when you call and sit on hold forever, leaving the patient calling and bugging their docs when they had the sc... read more
It takes forever for them to answer the phone. I had a simple question but was on hold for 32 minutes so I gave up. Time to go elsewhere. If they have staffing issue, it's my problem.
The pharmacy technician demanded photo ID in order to drop off a prescription to be picked up the next day. I found this very strange. Now I am worried about my ID info. BTW the pills were not in anyway a controlled substance.
The worst pharmacy in the area. I have had to use CVS due to my insurance. Jan 1 starts new plan. I am looking forward to never going to CVS again. Awful company.
When I came with a coupon I was treated like I had leprosy. They made me wait in line twice and Before I got back in line one of the techs made a rude comment to me. Wow.
Trecia, pharmacy tech, is awesome. She is polite and knowledgeable about the meds. She has great customer service skills. I always enjoy speaking with her when I visit CVS.
