Person with tattoos and glasses has to be the rudest person I believe I've witnessed. She hasn't been rude to me but has been rude to everyone in this line. I wouldn't recommend coming here to avoid her
This pharmacy is one of the best in the state. They are friendly, timely and professional. I have dealt with numerous pharmacy's and this one has always exceeded all expectations. My son has a med that is always on backorder and they notify me when I should order it so he doesn't miss a dose. They have researched meds if they are unavailable there and helped me to navigate filling them. They also have educated me of potential interactions side effects every time. Shocking how unprofessional my medication pick up went on 12/28/24. I was horrified. The clerk made it abundantly clear that he was concerned about having contact with someone getting the medication I picked up. He immediately stopped serving customers making a big deal to say to the next customer that they would have to wait as he came from behind the counter to clean and sanitize everything I had touched. Those who serve you at the pharmacy are bad people, they do not help you or guide you.
I would like to recognize Elaine, whom went above and beyond to help me get my prescriptions refilled. Someone from that pharmacy “changed my name” and did so thinking it would help me. It had been a nightmare trying to get my medications. Elaine took over and did so correctly. I am greatful for her diligence and forever greatful for her presence at that pharmacy for knowing how to do her job. Thank you Elaine, from Jo Michele Van Briesen!!!
