I set my 90 year old father up for an appointment to get his covid vaccine at 10:30 in the morning. I had to arrange assessor ride and his aide to go with him. At 9:58 I received a text saying his appointment was cancelled. No one in the pharmacy or the target that it is located in would pick up the phone. This is beyond unprofessional. The pharmacist John Barsoum refused to refill my prescription in a timely manner stating that he had other things to do and that I would need to return in three hours. He was rude, spoke over me and shouted so that others could hear my personal information and that he was too busy to help me. This behavior is discriminatory and his behavior was extremely unprofessional. The pharmacist thinks he’s a prescribing physician; he is not. He just need to do his job and keep his commentaries to himself. Highly recommend switching pharmacies, look at the other 1 star reviews.
