Twice, Walgreens has left me stranded, unable to get the medication that my dog and I need. CVS pharmacists took the time to discuss alternatives. They were patient with my frustration and polite. I am transferring all of my scripts here. !!
Pharmacist Jon is trash and very short and dismissive with customers, literally argued, huffed, puffed, paced back & forth getting snark yelling at me to get out...even though I had the meds in my hand & still hadn't paid & when i stated this he kept talking crazy. Simply because I did have a question when he asked if I did lol. I only wanted to get my profile transferred from Walgreens to them because it's closer to me with an upcoming surgery. Told me he had other ish to do sooo lol what a joke
I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a while now because truthfully their prices are often significantly lower for the bulk of my prescriptions. And it is clear they are understaffed for the kind of volume that they’re doing, in fact, I’ve had their employees make comments confirming that. So I try to give a little grace.
