Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pharmacy staff is rude & incompetent. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped for 20 minutes before one of them finally - begrudgingly - came to ask what I needed. Turns out they ‘couldn’t figure out how to process’ my prescription. Isn’t that their ENTIRE JOB - to process prescriptions? Place sucks
Every month is the same thing. They always give me generic when it has been put on my file several times that I have to have name brand. The technicians alway give me attitude every time I come in. It's not my fault they can't get it straight. I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. I tried to come last night only to find that the hours have changed and of course no notification was sent. Frustrating to say the least. So here I stand waiting for my medication that is incorrect. Uggg
I was in CVS on Monday with my daughter, at about 6pm a lady came in holding her son, he was maybe 5 or 6. He was crying, the mom said he just had dental surgery when we all looked at her. She said she needed liquid pain med bc he wasn't going to be up for chewing. One of the employees, Debi (didn't get a last name) took her son and sat down and tried to calm him while the mother went to get the meds and Gatorade.
