Super slow to fill prescriptions.
PLEASE be VERY CAREFUL to check your prescriptions BEFORE you pay for them. I am wiser, but poorer for not doing so, resulting in paying for an expensive eye medication that was previously used, but dropped because of the expense. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
All of the CVS stores I use regularly have been extremely courteous and helpful. My prescriptions need to be moved around to different locations and I have never had a glitch in service or a problem obtaining the prescriptions.
I had higher hopes for the second time around in dealing with this store. The first time, 5 years ago, they weren’t able to attach my insurance properly (Tricare). Then when flu and covid shots were required it was a battle - one day I was in the store for 2 hours as they tried to figure out how to get it through my insurance; either the employees are not properly trained/knowledgeable or the system is not configured properly for CVS-Tricare.
