The pharmacist, Katherine, was very rude and demonstrated extremely poor customer service. I had questions about my out-of-pocket costs, but she was impatient and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence. Instead of listening and helping, she made me feel dismissed and disrespected. A pharmacist should treat patients with professionalism, patience, and empathy, especially when they have questions about their medications or costs. This was a very disappointing experience.
Pharmacist every time I have been to this location alone have helped me in any way they can such as financial assistance with prescriptions or sending the order to a doctor for a prescription that was needed in the same day.
I was scheduled to pay $415 copay for the drug I needed.Instead, CVS had an app that lowered that down to $39. I was very happy with that development. Frank
