The store is okay. The staff is generally nice and helpful. The ambience and environment has been going down the last couple of years though Most times I visit,there's an unhoused person somewhere near the entrance or posted up by the building. Sometimes they panhandle sometimes they don't. My only other complaint is the coupon discount app always seems to have trouble. I always feel like family, not a number, when I go in to pickup my family’s scripts. The attention to detail and the genuine concern from all of the pharmacy staff is so reassuring!
They are kind people but it's annoying when you show up when they're supposed to be open and they aren't.....I consider that bad customer service. The counter and front carpets are nasty too.
Do NOT expect them to be open on time!!! Every time I arrive at 10:00am they are never open even at the time of leaving this review it is 10:22am and there is a line of customers waiting for them to open.
Initially I had problems with my insurance but Akoye the head pharmacist and his Aide Vashni approached and greeted me by name. How they remembered my name after months of my not going to the pharmacy is hard to believe. Instantly and with the utmost professionalism and politeness they had my situation resolved to my fullest satisfaction. Mr. Akoye and Vashni get a 12 out of 10 and deserves praise! I'm always very satisfied with the service I'm given at this CVS location by all of its employees!
