CVS, use of which is all but mandated through our health insurance, routinely charges the wrong (always more) amount for scripts. Today, they overcharged us $6 for a script. When I called them on the error, they quickly informed me it would take at least 20 minutes to process the price adjustment. The $18/ per hour imputed value of my time if I chose to make them correct it is not lost on me. Out of principal, I will not let them steal my money, not even $6. Horrendous experience. Took almost an hour and a half to get a medication that was ready. Ended up not getting it! Not the fault of the 2 guys that were working. They were working hard. Just not enough people scheduled.
