Went to pick up a prescription that they said was ready only to get there all the way across town to have them tell me they haven’t had that medication I 3 months... so why text me and tell me it’s ready????? Stupid, and they don’t have enough people to service the prescription area waited 10 mins for the great news!! Terrible customer service the only reason I go there is because my insurance company dictates that is where I have to go!!!😡
When you drop off a script at 5 pm and they tell you they are too busy to fill it and you can pick it up tomorrow. They close at 9 pm! Four hours isn’t enough time to fill a script? The CVS inside Target never has that issue. Lost a customer for good.
