Update: Shannon from CVS contacted us with a sincere apology and informed us of their actions they are taking to improve any situation in the future. We do find that medicine is frequently out of stock at Milford location and hope that improves [Waited for no reason. And prescription was transferred miles away through Friday traffic instead of next door to different pharmacy that had it.]
Was sent to three separate lines to attempt to collect my 2 prescriptions that were submitted yesterday. After 40 minutes of waiting I left the store empty handed after being told that it would be another 45 minutes. The pharmacy manager was absolutely unprofessional, telling me to get her name off the front of the building when o asked her for it. I hope their district managers monitor these reviews, because when their sales tank and they have no business, they can look to their disaster staff and regroup.
I've been so happy to have CVS as my pharmacy.
Impossible to reach pharmacy over the phone; they send you to voicemail after 5 minutes of questions then disconnect the call during the vm. So frustrating
