My prescription was dropped off 3:00pm on 8/28. It was promised by 4:30pm. I went to pick it up at 8:00pm. I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes waiting my turn. I called the pharmacy after sitting 30 minutes. The pharmacist answered quickly and said, "Please Hold!") I waited another 5 minutes because he did not have it ready!!!!!! He asked me to pull out of line and he would have it for me in 5 minutes. I said, "No, I will wait here until I get it!"
